I have known John Ross for over 4 years.  In early 2002, when I was planning to make my first real estate investment, I identified the neighborhood where I wanted to make my investment in and called a number of realtors based on their signs installed throughout the neighborhood.  John was the only one who called me back.  From the 20 minute phone conversation, I realized that he was knowledgeable, polite, honest, forward looking, investment savvy and personable.  We met the next day and he showed me a property and the day after we had a signed deal with the seller.  There were a number of other buyers looking at the property on the same day; however, with John’s punctuality, quick action and the rapport that he quickly established with the seller, they accepted my offer.  I still own this investment property and have made a nice profit from this transaction.
